Payment management is a module for organizing the preparation and accounting of payment documents.

The main task"Payment Management" in the BSI systemis the organization of preparation and accounting of payment documents in the form of a business process, when information is added step by step, and the document is submitted to the next level only after being approved by the responsible (authorized) employee (acceptance). This allows information about the status of the document to be available at any given time, increases confidentiality and controllability of information, and significantly reduces the likelihood of error.

Business processPayment Managementrepresents the process of advancing a payment document through certain stages – from the payment request to the accounting entries generated according to the bank statement. During the advancement through the stages, various information is entered into the payment document, its progress is controlled by specific responsible persons, and at different stages, a different set of actions can be performed with the document.

In the process of preparing payment requests, a company's payment calendar can be drawn up. Assigning a certain priority to a payment request allows flexible regulation of the execution of the company's (or a company's structural unit's) expenditure budget. Registering planned receipts in the system makes it possible to create a schedule of incoming payments and then automatically monitor their execution. Configuring the system of alert reports provides the opportunity to forecast and prevent problems related to cash flow management in advance.

Changing the statuses of a payment document in the system may be accompanied by sending notifications by email, which speeds up the process of accepting applications, making it more transparent and convenient to work with. In addition, the system keeps a history of changes to payment documents, which allows tracking at any time who, when, and why moved the document to a particular state.

Automatic generation of financial information based on various types of payments, formalized in accordance with corporate accounting standards, and those that simultaneously generate a package of entries for accounting, tax, and management accounting. The system allows generating missing details in payment documents of bank statements for subsequent posting to accounts, counterparties, and counterparties' banks.

Depending on the selected type of payment, most parameters are generated automatically, which increases the speed of information processing and reduces the likelihood of errors, while at the same time providing detailed information for all types of accounting. There is also the possibility of canceling operations and reposting already processed payments.
