Competition between the hotels creates necessity of constant renewal of the services provided and changes in the tariff policy that in turn call for forming a flexible mechanism of accrual adjustment. Another important condition of a hotel's success is room base. Therefore the module contains a special function for management of the rooms and their technical equipment (TV-sets, telephones, locks, etc.).
