Working with personnel at an enterprise is an integral part of managing economic activities and a task of primary importance. HR staff at enterprises handle issues of recruitment and placement of personnel, timely and quality staffing of departments with specialists, personnel assessment and its effective utilization, as well as professional development.

To assist HR departments in addressing such issues, the company 'Business Service' offers its own development for personnel management, timekeeping, and payroll calculation implemented in BS Integrator (BSI), under the 'Personnel Management' model, and included in the modular unit 'Personnel and Structure'.

The model's functionality allows for the automation of full personnel accounting with the ability to maintain any set of accounting attributes. The system implements processes such as:bs hrmanagement managers

  2. keeping a calendar,
  3. timekeeping of working hours,
  4. functions for organizing personnel recruitment at an enterprise.
Payroll calculation for accounting and tax purposes is carried out as part of the calculation in management accounting. It is possible to analyze labor costs according to various analytical criteria. There are also tasks for selecting types of accruals/deductions convenient for the enterprise to optimize the payroll structure, which allows for effective management of the company's financial resources.

For organizing personnel work at the enterprise, the following must initially be drafted and approved in the prescribed manner:
  • collective agreement;
  • internal labor regulations;
  • staff schedule;
  • job descriptions;
  • regulations on the departments and services of the enterprise;
  • other documents.
