It is the largest resort facility in the village of Kurortnoye, which is located on the shores of the Black Sea, at the foot of the ancient extinct volcano Kara-Dag, in one of the most picturesque places of Southeast Crimea, where a unique healing climate predominates. The boarding house is situated on an area of 10 hectares with a park and relic plants, as well as the possibility of accommodating more than 500 people at the same time.
