To solve the tasks related to the fieldFor the automation of hospitality, the company 'Business Service' developed the module 'Boarding House', oriented towards sanatoriums, boarding houses, and hotels in resort areas. The module is one of the reference models BS Integrator (BSI) and extends the capabilities of the standard “BS Hotel” module.


The module's functionality is aimed at addressing the tasks of selling travel packages and booking rooms, assigning specific places for a specific period of time to a submitted application. When receiving and accommodating guests, the module allows the administrator not only to select any of the rooms and rates available in the directory but also to set specific discounts on the amounts payable. The system also includes conducting negotiations with travel agencies regarding advance sales of travel packages and signing contracts for the next season. Upon client request, it is possible to configure the telephone billing system, the locking system, and the minibar.

The capabilities of the 'Guesthouse' module cover not only accommodation and service departments (front office) but also allow for easy integration into the overall management structure of the economic part of the guesthouse (hotel) (back office), providing full control and efficient resource management at the ERP level.

The features of the BS Integrator (BSI) system, including the "Pension" module, are ease and flexibility in configuration, which allows the system to be implemented in the shortest possible time and set up according to the specifics of the pension's business processes. MS SQL or Oracle DBMS are used for database management. The BS Integrator (BSI) system allows all business processes, from room rental and customer relationship management to reporting for management and control of the pension's activities, to be united into a single system.
